Protocol made for men with a duration of 1 to 2 months.
The PRO protocol IS ONLY FOR MEN WHO DEMAND THEMSELVES TO THE MAXIMUM AND WANT TO TAKE THEIR TRAINING AND PHYSICAL TO ANOTHER LEVEL. This includes weightlifting (seeking muscle hypertrophy), Crossfit, high-intensity interval training (HIIT), and sprinting. Long periods of cardio (marathons) also deplete muscle glycogen. However, when fat-adapted, it takes a lot to deplete muscle glycogen. (This PRO protocol is only for people serious about training, I'd say elite demeanor.)
