The protocol PRO IS FOR ALL PEOPLE WHO DEMAND TO THE MAXIMUM AND WANT TO TAKE THEIR WORKOUTS AND PHYSIQUE TO ANOTHER LEVEL. This includes weight lifting (looking for muscle hypertrophy), Crossfit, high intensity interval training (HIIT), and sprinting. Long periods of cardio (marathons) also deplete muscle glycogen.
